Ford Mustang Mach-E dealership training leaks

Updated training hopefully helps educate dealers

As perspective owners began placing reservations in November 2019 and converting those reservations to orders in June 2020, Ford’s dealer network has been mostly in the dark.

While the Mustang Mach-E reservation and order process is completed online with Ford, dealers are still part of the process. Unlike Tesla, which has no dealerships, but only company-owned stores and delivery centers, Ford has an established dealership network that will field calls and questions from prospective owners, and handle all the financing, sale, and delivery of Mustang Mach-E to customers.

After Ford’s Mustang Mach-E announcement, calls to dealerships about Mach-E have been met with no information, or worse misinformation, and dealers only just begun getting sales and Mach-E technical information.

Linked below is the latest dealership training materials for Mustang Mach-E.

The training is very detailed and covers technical information, customers, competitors, how to charge, technology, answers to potential questions from buyers, and more. Hopefully with this updated training, dealers will be better informed and provide better answers to customers.
